EBA&D seeks a professional for the position of Contracts Administrator reporting to the Contracts Compliance Manager. The position will be located in Simsbury, CT.
The Contracts Administrator is tasked with establishing and maintaining contractual agreements with Aerospace & Defense customers that facilitate: 1) a clear understanding of commitments, 2) balancing risk between the company and the customer, 3) timely invoicing and payment, 4) positive customer relations, and 5) accurate communication with the internal organization.

Requirements and Education:
Requires a Bachelor's degree (MA/MS and/or JD preferred) in business, finance, law, or engineering concentration with 2 to 5 years of work experience in government or commercial contracts administration, including an emphasis on interpreting contract requirements, terms and conditions evaluation and negotiation. Contract administration experience in the aerospace and defense industry and experience working with the FAR/DFARs are both a plus. Knowledge of US Government export regulations is also desirable.
This position relies on sound judgment to ensure achievement of corporate business objectives and operational goals. Responsible for interacting with all business segments. Must be a U.S. citizen.
