On Friday afternoon, December 11, 2015, the Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Labor (CTDOL), Sharon Palmer, and the Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Veterans’ Affairs (CTDVA), Sean Connolly, will tour Ensign-Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company (EBAD), a company that has hired eight Veterans using the state’s Unemployed Armed Forces Member Subsidized Training and Employment (Step Up for Vets) program administered by the Labor Department.
